Terms of service

Updated October 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Pablo Miranda, who runs ConvergerLab (convergerlab.com). By using the site you accept them. The privacy policy explains what is kept about you. Questions: support@pablin.me.

1. The service

ConvergerLab is a website of interactive lessons in mathematics and science, with practice, spaced review and guided walkthroughs called Explorations. The first unit of each course and the first part of each Explorations series are open to everyone; the rest come with a subscription. Courses, lessons and features change and grow over time.

The lessons are written and checked with care, but they are for learning, not professional advice, and we can't promise any grade or exam result. AP and Advanced Placement are trademarks registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this site.

2. Accounts

3. Subscriptions and payment

4. Refunds

The refund policy also has its own page.

5. Using ConvergerLab fairly

Use the site for your own learning (a teacher may show it to a class). Don't:

6. What belongs to whom

The lessons, problems, figures, Explorations and software are ConvergerLab's. You may use them for learning as these terms allow; that permission ends when your access does. Your progress is yours: you can download it, and you can delete it with your account. If you send us a correction or a suggestion, we may use it freely to improve the site.

7. Availability

We work to keep ConvergerLab running and correct, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable, change or have mistakes. Write to us about any you find.

8. Ending

You can stop using ConvergerLab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. If we ever close ConvergerLab, we will give subscribers at least 30 days' notice and refund unused time.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, ConvergerLab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version appears here with its date. If a change matters to subscribers, we email them at least 30 days before it applies; if you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
